Kenny Prather founded the company in 2005 after years of working as a framer and lead carpenter. Over the past 20+ years, he has built Prather Group Construction almost entirely through word-of-mouth referrals, repeat customers, and a reputation for quality craftsmanship. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and dedication to every client have become the foundation of the company.
As the business has grown, Kenny’s wife, Amanda, joined the team as Director of Operations. With a background in nursing and real estate, Amanda brings organization, communication, and a client-focused approach that helps ensure every project runs smoothly from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Together, Kenny and Amanda combine decades of experience, strong family values, and a shared passion for serving their clients. Whether it’s a custom home, remodel, addition, outdoor living space, or commercial project, their goal remains the same: deliver exceptional craftsmanship while building lasting relationships.
